Google Specialist

Are you an analytical thinker who loves problem solving? We want you! Use all of those problem-solving skills and act as a go-between for our clients and Google.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our customers with claiming and/or creating their Google Business Profile.
  • Solve issues, develop procedures, and communicate with Google to get our client’s correct information into Google’s map database.
  • Monitor Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster accounts for all divisions to identify and correct issues.
  • Monitor Google Analytics for fluctuations that could signal search or performance issues.
  • Research in various industries to write content for websites with assistance
  • Ensure that customer business information is accurate on a variety of search platforms such as Google Maps and Yelp.
  • Consistently adapt strategies and procedures in response to changes Google makes to their algorithm.

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Customer Service experience a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Strong Written Communication Skills
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

Telephone Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling via telephone sales and some in person sales a wide variety of services to business owners across the country: including websites, online marketing, social media services, etc. to help them be successful
  • Contacting existing customers to upsell additional services to help their business grow
  • Meeting customers and prospects at their place of business, as needed
  • Leading in person meetings with prospects
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Maintain a professional work environment

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills – written, phone and face-to-face
  • Excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing efforts
  • Superb time management skills
  • Ability to manage leads and opportunities
  • Identify sales opportunities through discovery questions
  • Hard-working when no one is looking
  • Persistence and ability to follow up
  • Tech-savvy or eagerness to become tech-savvy
