Website Coordinator

Atwill Media is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative Website Coordinator who excels at client interaction and project management. The Website Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire process of building websites from inception to completion. This role involves reviewing visual designs, content, and maintaining continuous communication with clients throughout the project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Conduct client interviews to understand their goals and expectations for their websites. Facilitate the website development process through phone calls, texts, and emails to clients.
  • Site Planning: Assist in planning site design by clarifying goals and designing functionalities.
  • Research: Utilize web resources for information and materials to support web design projects.
  • Content Editing: Edit and refine website copy.
  • Process Definition: Define processes and tools to support the incorporation and maintenance of editorial content.
  • Site Upgrades: Update content and graphics, monitor site performance and results, identify improvement opportunities, introduce new technology, and maintain links.
  • Site Maintenance: Ensure site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards and editing submissions.
  • Technical Utilization: Use HTML and third-party software to enhance web features.
  • Product Adjustments: Make changes to products based on client feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Work closely with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Special Features Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand and implement special product features.
  • Support: Provide support to Website Designers.
  • Call Handling: Answer inbound phone calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Effective Communication: Serve as the main communicator between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear and consistent information exchange.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot client issues over the phone and conduct research to find solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize HTML and web design tools effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of content and visual design.

Telephone Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling a wide variety of services to business owners across the country: including websites, online marketing, social media services, etc. to help them be successful
  • Contacting existing customers to upsell additional services to help their business grow
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Maintain a professional work environment

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills – written, phone and face-to-face
  • Excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing efforts
