Position: Social Media Specialist
Location: Paragould, AR | Full-Time | In-Office

Atwill Media is seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team and manage multiple client social media accounts.
Job Description:
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing over 50 social media accounts, creator ing engaging content, developing targeted advertising campaigns, and building strong relationships with our clients. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Creation: Develop and post high-quality content for each client twice a week. This includes creating graphics and images using Canva.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients via phone and email to understand their needs, gather content ideas, and discuss upcoming specials, deals, events, etc.
- Social Media Management: Schedule posts using Hootsuite, ensuring a two-week lead time for content.
- Facebook Ads Management: Develop and manage Facebook ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads, tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Assist clients with any issues related to their social media presence, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Outgoing personality with a passion for social media
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound sales calls to small business owners nationwide, introducing them to Atwill
Media’s website and marketing solutions - Build rapport quickly and understand client needs to offer the right services
- Follow up on leads and convert interest into action
- Upsell and cross-sell additional features to existing customers
Step out of the office for local in-person visits and business development meetings as needed - Represent Atwill Media at trade shows, community events, and client locations to build brand
awareness and forge connections - Track sales activity and manage your pipeline through our CRM tools
- Collaborate with a close-knit team that values results and relationships

- Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
