Position: Google Specialist
Are you an analytical thinker who loves problem solving? We want you! Use all of those problem-solving skills and act as a go-between for our clients and Google.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist our customers with claiming and/or creating their Google Business Profile.
- Solve issues, develop procedures, and communicate with Google to get our client’s correct information into Google’s map database.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster accounts for all divisions to identify and correct issues.
- Monitor Google Analytics for fluctuations that could signal search or performance issues.
- Research in various industries to write content for websites with assistance
- Ensure that customer business information is accurate on a variety of search platforms such as Google Maps and Yelp.
- Consistently adapt strategies and procedures in response to changes Google makes to their algorithm.
Qualifications and Abilities:
- Excellent telephone skills
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound sales calls to wedding and event professionals nationwide, introducing them to Wedding & Party Websites’ custom website solutions
Build quick rapport and uncover client needs to recommend the right website and digital features
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into happy clients
Upsell and cross-sell add-on features and services to existing customers
Represent Wedding & Party Websites at trade shows, bridal shows, and community events
Track activity, manage your pipeline, and stay organized using CRM tools
Collaborate with a supportive, results-driven team that values relationships as much as results

Position: Website Conversion Specialist Position Type: Temporary / Internship
Position Overview
Atwill Media is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy intern or temporary specialist to assist with migrating client websites from one platform to another. This role plays a key part in improving the client experience by ensuring accurate, timely, and organized website conversions. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital operations and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use provided technology and software tools (training included)
- Complete website conversions from one platform to another following established processes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Follow detailed instructions and standardized workflows
- Track and report progress toward daily and weekly goals
- Communicate issues or questions promptly to ensure smooth project completion
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Somewhat tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay focused and work independently
- Dependable, self-motivated, and responsible
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
