At Atwill Media, we have a thorough process that ensures your website design and launch meet or exceed your expectations.

  1. Starting from the Interview where we initiate discussing your vision, aims, and website needs.
  2. We will create Custom designs based on your preference and brand.
  3. Then your website will go through SEO Optimization where our SEO specialists are going to optimize it for visibility.
  4. After that, we will go to the approval process: where we will talk about the steps to ensure everything is exceeding your expectations.
  5. Finally, we will speak about post-launch Support: After placing your website online, our support team will always be there for assistance.

The Interview

The design interview is very important in our process as it lays the basis for a successful project. This conversation lets us go into your website’s concept by comprehending much about your industry, services, or products.
Your input is invaluable in defining the development path so that we show who your brand is and deliver an appealing website to your target audience. This participatory process not only triggers innovations but also sets up a strong foundation for the entire project which is essential for creating a site that truly reflects who you are while meeting all of your specific needs.

The Collection

  1. Before a website can be passed to the design stage, we’ll need your logo, branding images, any websites you like the look of, and your company colors. These elements help us maintain consistency with your brand identity across the site. Additionally, providing important information for the about page, such as your company’s history, values, and team members, will help us create a compelling narrative that resonates with your audience. If these are not collected we will input stock photos, create branding colors for you, and write a classic overview of the company for your business’s story.
  2. If certain details weren’t covered in our interview, we’ll need additional information about your company’s industry. This includes details about your services or products, pricing structure, and company objectives. Providing these insights will help us tailor our approach to create a website that aligns perfectly with your business goals.
  3. If your business depends on third-party software such as a project showcase for past roofing projects or a booking software, please send us the required embeds as soon as possible. This will make sure that the software is seamlessly integrated into your site, thus improving its functionality and user experience.
  4. Also, we would like to get your current contact details, links to social media, and any specific things you feel should be included on your website such as pictures of team members with short profiles or testimonials that add value to your online presence.

Design Process

When all the required materials have been collected, your project will be handed over to our designers! Our Website Designers will then start doing their research, create an idea board and sketches, and create typographic branding.

If you don’t have images of your service work this is when they will begin gathering those stock photos.

Once the initial design and content creation stages are done, your website will undergo usability and accessibility tests by your designer.

Approval Stage

Now, in this stage, the approval process begins, and you receive a first impression via email.
Immediately after that your SEO Review is launched and the contents are sent for analysis by our SEO specialist. This includes testing backend analytics, creating meta tags, inserting keywords, alt tags, and so much more.

Next, is the revision process where your input is most needed.

Let us know when you have received your initial design. You will have at least two weeks to get back with us with updates and changes, this however can be extended as long as there is clear communication. At minimum, We suggest taking five to seven days to review your website in depth during each revision round, before sending any notes on what you would like to change with each page’s images, content, or layout.

Consequently, clear communication is vital to have the best website possible. You will be allowed two rounds of revisions; make them count! In case there are any questions about this process don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Let’s Go Live!

Once all revisions are completed, it’s time to go live! This process involves technical steps such as connecting your domain name, moving your website files onto the server, setting up redirects, and activating your SSL certificate. After these steps, we’ll double-check everything to ensure it’s working correctly and correct all links throughout your website to the correct domain.

Search Optimization

During the process of going live, one of our Google Team members will contact you to create your Google listing, including other search engines like Bing, Explorer, Yahoo, and more. (If you are setting up GMB Plus, we will make sure that your business can be voice-recognized, among other things.)

This process is necessary for your involvement and interaction as it includes verification processes that involve receiving phone calls, videos, or letting us know those codes. Search engines, like Google, have established these procedures and this is an important step to ensure customers can easily locate your business on the internet.

Optional Website Training

After we have launched the website live, we will train you! We will take you through the key steps that you can use to successfully manage your new website: such as adding new images to galleries, creating additional pages, among others. This training gives you control and makes sure that your site keeps pace with your growing business.
